Interpreting a Brand for a Global Event

The Challenge: Each year, Qualcomm hosts the BREW Conference—the only industry forum dedicated to the chipmaker’s advanced data services platform. To underscore BREW’s role shaping mobile communications, the event needs to present Qualcomm as a forward-looking industry leader.

The Solution: For several years, MiresBall has developed the theme and visual program for the BREW Conference. From “Into the New” to “Zoom Out,” the event theme always speaks to the empowering nature of mobile technology and positions Qualcomm as the source for what’s happening in the industry. A bold, energetic visual motif reinforces these core ideas and alludes to Qualcomm’s growing connection to consumers. The final solution is supported by detailed style guidelines for print and online media, environmental graphics and marketing communications.

The Result: The BREW Conference has become Qualcomm’s largest event, attracting over 2,700 attendees from around the world.
